Connect,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) has created the following terms of service (these “Terms”) to apply to all
use of our Services (as defined in Section 2).

Your binding agreement with us includes these Terms, together with any further terms and conditions we
may place on the use of our Services from time to time, to which you agree to be bound.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND
BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. In the event you have entered into a written agreement with Clean
Connect governing your use of the Services, that written agreement will control and supersede these Terms.
